Include diagnostics
Include the VPath version, macOS version, Mac model, what you expected, what happened, and relevant Copy Diagnostics output from Help ▸ About VPath. The form accepts text; if a sample document is needed, we will follow up with you about sharing it safely.
Machining reports
For CAM or postprocessor discrepancies, include the machine and postprocessor, operation settings, generated G-code, and independent controller result. Never send a file you have not reviewed for confidential or safety-sensitive information.
Privacy requests
VPath itself collects no data. For access, correction, or deletion of information you voluntarily sent to us, use the contact form and begin the message with “Privacy request.” See the VPath Privacy Policy.
